It started with Waterside Market, which opened over a decade ago as the island's go-to spot for all-day breakfast, killer sandwiches, and locally roasted coffee. Open 362 days a year, Waterside became an island institution—the first stop off the ferry for a caffeine fix, the last stop before heading home for a lobster roll, and every breakfast-craving moment in between.

As our reputation grew for quality and consistency, we expanded our vision. Fish MV brought west coast flair to New England waters, offering a casual taqueria-inspired menu with a raw bar showcasing island-harvested oysters, fresh poke bowls, innovative tacos, and ceviche. With an expansive outdoor deck overlooking Vineyard Haven harbor, Fish became the perfect spot for frozen drinks, fresh seafood, and sunset views.

Then came The Attic, our elevated tavern housed in the beautifully renovated space above Waterside Market. The Attic channels a modern Prohibition-era vibe with rum-runner photographs from the Martha's Vineyard Museum adorning the walls. Here, Chef Bill Hart leads the culinary team in creating burgers that excite, steaks that rival your favorite steakhouses, and seafood dishes that honor our island connection. The Attic also boasts the largest bourbon collection on Martha's Vineyard, along with an expertly crafted cocktail menu designed to make you linger just a little longer.
